Ok, so now all we need is some folks to help us run this place. Two key attributes we're looking for: passion and flexibility. Why, you ask? One, people without passion bore us. Plenty of jobs out there for those folks (think government). Two, flexibility is a must. The next couple of years are going to be a wild ride, not all fun, as we experience growing pains. We can't have a bunch of inflexible whiners when things don't go perfectly.

- General Manager
Echo Mountain, dynamic new snowboard and ski area, 45 minutes from Denver, is seeking a General Manager with specific experience and expertise in marketing and sales. Direct reports include outside operations, patrol, retail, rental, food services and ski school, as well as marketing and sales. - Urban Team Manager
This position will be responsible for:
Summer/Fall
1. Interviewing, hiring, and scheduling the Urban Team (4-6 members)
2. Identifying a variety of opportunities/events for the Echo Mountain
Urban Team to attend and promote through guerilla marketing techniques.
3. Creating a master events calendar for all departments to work from.
4. Reaching sales quotas, and continued sales training of the Urban Team.
5. Execution of all event Marketing opportunities.
6. Weekly reporting to Dept Heads with sales numbers and upcoming events.
7. Identifying local partnership opportunities to promote various Echo
Mountain programs through collateral distribution.
8. Entering season pass sales into Siriusware daily
Wage: $11 per hour (With potential Sales incentives)
Hours: Flexible schedule (Heavy weekend hours) 30-40 hours per week
Winter/Spring
1. Identifying a variety of opportunities/events for the Echo Mountain
Urban Team to attend and promote through guerilla marketing techniques.
2. Identifying local partnership opportunities to promote various Echo
Mountain programs through collateral distribution.
3. Poster and collateral distribution for all events and weekly programs.
4. Reaching sales quotas, and continued sales training of the Urban Team.
5. Execution of all event Marketing opportunities.
6. Weekly reporting to Dept Heads with sales numbers and upcoming events.
7. Contributing to Group Sales and other departments when necessary.
Wage: $11 per hour (With potential Sales incentives)
Hours: Flexible schedule (Heavy weekend hours) 30-40 hours per week
**Must have reliable transportation as heavy metro area travel will be required**
- Urban Team Members
1. Act as an Echo Mountain Sales Rep at all events
2. Distribute collateral and sales materials
3. Establish relationships with local partners
Wage: $8-$9.50 per hour (With potential Sales incentives)
Hours: Flexible schedule (Heavy weekend hours) 20-30 hours per week
